Terms Of Delivery And Return

Delivery:
Of course, your order will be shipped quickly and safely. If your order is placed during business days, ALRAC TRANSPORT will ship it within 7-15 days at most.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are 300 euros for Italy, 500 euros for Switzerland and France, and 700 euros for Spain.

Delivery times:
Delivery time for Italy is 7-15 working days. Delivery to France, Switzerland and Spain takes 10-20 working days.

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Defective merchandise. What can I do?

Upon receipt of the order, the customer must check the delivery.

1 – If the goods are defective, the customer must reject the defective packages.

2 – If there is any doubt: defective packaging, crushed or opened package, the customer must make precise reservations on the delivery note and ask the courier to sign. It is essential to note the date and reason for the reservations, e.g. “damaged package, such damaged product”, “opened package, such missing product”, “crushed box, such damaged product”. If you have reservations, you must send a registered letter to the courier within 72 hours. After this deadline, no claim will be accepted.

Return Policy – Right to Return

According to the law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to inform us of your intention to return one or more items. To do so, you may send us a return request by mail. You will then have 14 days to send the package back to us in its original packaging, and the return costs will be free of charge. You will be refunded all monies paid, including shipping costs (provided the goods are in good condition).

Warranties

All of our products are guaranteed by the manufacturer or importer. It is limited to the replacement of the defective part or item. Exchange or replacement does not affect the date of the original warranty. The warranty does not apply if conditions of storage, installation, use and normal maintenance are not met. In all cases, refer to the operating instructions.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns accepted by the merchant are only for defective items. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at the phone number or e-mail address below, providing details of the product and the defect.

Return of unopened items :
We accept returns on new and unopened items. You may return unopened items in their original packaging within 15 days of purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase. If 15 days have passed since purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges
We will only replace defective or damaged products. If you believe a product is defective, please contact us within 15 days of purchase at the phone number or e-mail address below, providing details of the product and the defect. We will advise you how to return the product.

Exceptions
Some items are non-refundable and non-replaceable. These items are marked on our website as non-refundable, on clearance or part of a final sale.

Process
When we receive your item, we will examine it and notify you by e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, if you are entitled to a refund or exchange.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the purchase price and a credit will be applied to the original payment method. Shipping and handling fees already paid are not refundable, and refunded amounts do not include shipping charges. It may take up to 30 business days from receipt of the email before you see your refund on your statement.

If you are eligible for an exchange, we will send you a new item to the original delivery address within a maximum of 15 days.
